Pet Policy: 

We believe pets are part of the community and part of the family. Our communities are pet-friendly, and every lease includes a signed Pet Addendum, regardless of whether a resident currently has a pet. This ensures clarity, transparency, and consistency across our portfolio.

All pets must be registered with management prior to residing in the apartment home. Any animal not properly registered is considered unauthorized and may result in lease violations or applicable fines.

Accepted household pets include:

• Dogs

• Cats

• Chinchillas (caged, limit 2)

• Ferrets (caged, limit 2)

• Guinea pigs (caged, limit 2)

• Hamsters (caged, limit 2)

• Gerbils (caged, limit 2)

• Rabbits (caged, limit 2)

• Snakes: non-aggressive, non-poisonous, non-venomous (caged)

• Iguanas: non-aggressive, non-poisonous, non-venomous (caged)

• Birds (caged)

• Fish (tank, 50 gallons or less)

To maintain the health and safety of our communities, residents are required to provide:

• Veterinary verification of age, weight, and current vaccinations for dogs

• Veterinary verification of age, weight, and current vaccinations for cats

• A current photo identification of each registered pet

• $250 non-refundable pet fee for one pet. An additional $150 pet fee for a second pet

• $25 pet rent per pet 

The following dog breeds are restricted at all Steele Mountain communities, unless an approved Reasonable Accommodation has been granted in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. These standards are applied consistently across our portfolio and are designed to balance inclusivity with responsible community management.
